Basic Engineering
With the use of the newest engineering program the machine will be created in 3D and being tested digitally.
We do an intake of information to collect the needed requirements and look at the possibilities. This will result in a technical specification document and a general arrangement (GA). Regarding this Basic Engineering, we deliver::
- dredger General Drawing
- pontoon size drawing
- pump calculations
- power source calculations,
- pre-hydraulic stability on water
- winch calculations
- pre-structural calculations
- excluding the design changed from the original situation
Construction Package
The next step after the basic design is to construct the material specification and position of the parts. This Construction Package consists of:
- pontoon assembly drawings and bill of materials
- cabin assembly drawings and bill of materials
- suction pipe and/or ladder assembly drawings and bill of materials
- hoist construction assembly drawings and bill of materials
- structural construction assembly drawings and bill of materials
- railing and stairs assembly drawings and bill of materials
- technical specifications of components
- electric / hydraulic schedule
- final hydraulic stability on water report
- final structural calculations report
- excluding the design changed from the original situation
Production Package
After the construction design the parts need to be produced. The parts we use to build the dredger are normal steel sheets and standard beams or profiles. These parts need to be shaped in the right way to use without problems in the assemblies. To produce these parts it is recommendable to have a production package. This Production Package consists of:
- part drawings (individual)
- cutting drawings (files to cut steel sheets)
- basic (purchase) component drawings
- fasteners list and drawing
- welding specifications
- conservation specification
- user manual
- part book and
- risk analysis (CE)
- excluding the design changed from the original situation
